A **leading technology company** seeks a **Technical Leader** who combines expertise in software development, architecture, team leadership, and project management to assume a key role within its agile work cells. **What will be your mission?** Lead the team technically, coordinate development execution, and ensure each project progresses according to objectives, timelines, technical standards, and client needs. You will serve as the **team’s technical reference**, participating from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, documentation, and production deployment. **What will you do in this role?** * Lead the team and assign workloads and responsibilities. * Establish and monitor work plans, activities, and deadlines. * Analyze requirements jointly with development, project, and business teams. * Design and validate architectures, functional and technical workflows. * Participate in developing and implementing solutions for our clients. * Design software solutions, databases, components, and integrations. * Coordinate and verify progress of development, testing, and documentation. * Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to programming best practices. * Identify risks and propose technical alternatives to guarantee project continuity. * Support functional and technical testing of developed solutions. * Provide technical support to Operations when required. * Participate in estimations for new developments and initiatives. * Collaborate cross-functionally with areas such as **Infrastructure, Operations, and Administration**. * Support training and onboarding of new team members. * Promote the team’s continuous learning regarding emerging technologies and best practices. **What are we looking for?** · **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or complementary training in technology, Scrum Master, SOA, or related areas are highly valued. · **Experience:** Minimum **5 years of external experience leading technology operational processes**.
