Position Summary: We are seeking a professional Textile and Label Designer to develop textile designs, products and labels, create capsule designs and artwork, and define packaging and technical specifications. If you are a Graphic Design, Fashion Design or Textile Design professional with a minimum of **3 years** of experience in textile design, product development, input graphics, labels, hangtags, packaging development, technical specifications, artwork preparation, and management and approval of final artwork samples, this opportunity is for you. Your primary responsibility will be to develop textile, product and label designs—both domestically produced and imported—creating capsule designs, label and hangtag artwork for all products and textile accessories, as well as defining packaging, technical specifications, instruction manuals, commercial presentations and product presentations for internal and external clients. Practical experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is mandatory (**a Textile Design Technical Test will be administered**). Availability to work Monday through Friday, fully on-site, plus 1 or 2 weekly visits to our plant in Sibaté. **Salary: $3,800,000 + Performance indicators of $200,000** Direct employment contract with the company and all statutory benefits.
