




We are looking for a professional for the position of **Administrative Leader** with training and license in **Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)** and experience in functions related to **Human Resources**. The ideal candidate must have organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and orientation toward compliance with legal regulations in OHS and human talent administrative processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Implementation, monitoring, and updating of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHS-MS). * Coordinate training sessions, inductions, and employee wellness campaigns. * Assist in preparing reports and indicators related to OHS. * Manage administrative processes in the HR department: social security enrollments, resume filing, absenteeism tracking, vacation management, and payroll updates. * Support in staff selection, hiring, and follow-up. * Coordinate employee wellness activities and organizational climate initiatives. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements in OHS and HR. * Provide general administrative support to the work team. **Requirements:** * Associate or Bachelor’s degree in OHS, Administration, Human Talent Management, or related fields. * Certified training in Occupational Health and Safety, with license. * Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and current OHS regulations. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles with responsibilities in OHS and HR. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management platforms. * Communication skills, confidentiality, proactivity, and teamwork abilities. * **Contract type: Permanent** * **Work schedule: Full-time, preferably residing in the southern part of the city** Position type: Full-time
