At Workana, we are looking for a Junior Advanced Data Analyst to join the data team of one of our clients: "A Mexican company dedicated to improving health and quality of life through pharmaceutical and personal care products." **Role Mission:** We are looking for a profile to manage and analyze data to ensure they are reliable and consistent, guaranteeing that business decisions are based on accurate information. Our team combines statistical analysis, programming, and visualization skills to identify patterns, generate predictive models, and build interactive dashboards that enable deep understanding of the business. In addition to designing data-driven solutions, we work collaboratively with different areas to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support innovation. This is an ideal environment for professionals with an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for turning information into real impact. **Main Responsibilities:** * Extract, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources. * Identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities that support business strategy. * Effectively communicate findings to business teams, enabling data to be translated into informed decisions. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability, guaranteeing accurate analytical results. * Documentation of processes. * Data queries. * Collaborate with Data, IT, and BI teams to ensure consistency in information usage. * Work together with advanced analytics and business intelligence teams to ensure high-quality data input. **Requirements (Mandatory):** * 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst. * Experience with basic/intermediate SQL. * Practical experience with Python or R. * Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools. * Basic knowledge of modeling and management of relational and non-relational databases. * Basic understanding of descriptive statistics. * Professional background in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science. **Expected Soft Skills:** * Fast learner. * Attention to detail. * Ability to document processes. * Analytical and problem-solving profile. * Empathetic individual who develops a sense of belonging and teamwork. **Contractual Conditions:** * Mode: 100% remote. * Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day). * Compensation: 800 USD per month. * Contract type: Service Agreement through Workana. * Duration: 3 months, with possibility of renewal based on good performance. **Selection Process:** * Brief asynchronous Video Screening on Hireflix. * Brief Call with a Workana Recruiter. * Technical and Cultural Interview with the client's team leader. * Brief Technical Challenge with the client's team leader.
