We want you to join our team as you are!* **Position Summary** Manage day-to-day regional portfolios and sourcing initiatives to generate positive socio-environmental impacts and support the supply of regenerative quality coffee for the business. Ensure the supply of regenerative quality coffee fully meeting financial and ESG requirements. Implement and lead field operations towards operational transformation. Engage with farmers, local suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure compliance, trust, and efficiency. **A Day in the Life of...*** Serve as the internal control guarantor of the program regarding zero deforestation, human rights, and Rainforest Alliance endorsement of the AAA Program * Coordinate the implementation of the human rights due diligence system with coffee partners and the evolution of the digital system. * Oversee the proper execution of financial and physical traceability within the cluster. * Act as the primary data reference for the cluster and work closely with the strategic planning manager to update control dashboards * Manage the portfolio of initiatives such as agroforestry, efficient and regenerative coffee nutrition, gender, living income, child protection, among others according to their cross-cutting focus (regenerative, social, engagement) * Be the voice of farmers at Nespresso level, consolidating information for actions and improvement of their livelihoods * Engage with local representatives of global partners (RA, FT, FLA) and local institutions (private, public) to strengthen strategy and amplify regional impact. * Support field visits from Nespresso headquarters and other markets. **What Will Lead to Your Success*** University degree in Agricultural Engineering or related fields * Minimum of 7 years of experience in: * + Agricultural project management + Technical assistance, rural area work, or sustainability * Knowledge of the local coffee sector * Advanced intermediate English proficiency * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office *Fixed salary between $5,700,000 and $6,400,000 plus company-fixed benefits*
