Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and ensure every interaction is a positive and reassuring experience. * **Responsibilities:** Proactively handle customer inquiries, specializing in assistance and insurance scenarios. Provide clear and detailed information about our services and claims processes. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure rapid and effective solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service standards. * **Requirements:** Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset when facing challenges. * **We Offer:** Schedule: 42 weekly hours scheduled Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week.
