Summary: Seeking a Director-level LATAM Architect to lead and scale our API & Integration Practice, focusing on business development, people leadership, client consulting, and architecture expertise. Transform LATAM into a center of consulting excellence and growth We are on the lookout for a Director\-level LATAM Architect to take the lead in growing and scaling our API \& Integration Practice throughout the region. This individual will bring together business development support, people leadership, client\-facing consulting, and strong expertise in API and integration architecture. We are seeking a builder \- someone who can transform LATAM from a delivery base into a regional center of consulting excellence, architecture, and growth for the API \& Integration Practice. **Responsibilities** * Partner with regional account teams, global practice leadership, technology partners, and enterprise clients to broaden opportunities across API strategy, integration modernization, platform transformation, governance, cloud integration, and AI\-era integration * Guide LATAM teams and support their continuous learning and career development * Contribute to pipeline development and pre\-sales initiatives to accelerate regional business expansion * Provide guidance to senior client stakeholders on sophisticated API and integration matters * Execute complex API and integration transformation programs from beginning to end * Build up regional talent and nurture a thriving consulting and architecture community across LATAM * Drive client demand and serve as a credible representative of the practice across the region * Connect LATAM capability to global practice strategy to ensure alignment and impactful results **Requirements** * A minimum of 12 years of IT experience * At least 8 years serving in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities * Involvement in 10\+ projects, or a demonstrated history of bringing 3\+ products (or key product capabilities) to market * Proven success steering engagements for teams of 70\+ FTEs, or smaller engagements that yielded high business value * Strong expertise in API management, integration platforms, cloud architecture, modernization, partner ecosystems, and enterprise consulting * Hands\-on skill with MuleSoft for building and delivering integration solutions * Applied experience with Apigee for API management and lifecycle governance * Working knowledge of Kong as an API gateway and management solution * Practical experience using Azure API Management for designing and operating enterprise APIs * Familiarity with Axway for API management and integration functionality * Experience leveraging Boomi for cloud\-based integration and workflow automation * Working command of Kafka for event\-driven architectures and real\-time data streaming * Hands\-on experience with leading cloud providers, including GCP, Azure, or AWS * English proficiency at the C1 level or higher **Nice to have** * Industry certifications related to API management, integration platforms, or cloud architecture **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
