Summary: Seeking a Director-level LATAM Architect to lead and expand the API & Integration Practice, blending business development, people leadership, and client-facing consulting. Highlights: 1. Develop regional talent and nurture a strong consulting community We are looking for a Director\-level LATAM Architect to lead and help expand and scale our API \& Integration Practice throughout the region. This individual will blend business development support, people leadership, client\-facing consulting, and strong judgment in API and integration architecture. We are seeking a builder \- someone capable of transforming LATAM from a delivery hub into a regional engine of consulting, architecture, and growth for the API \& Integration Practice. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with regional account teams, global practice leadership, technology partners, and enterprise clients to grow opportunities across API strategy, integration modernization, platform transformation, governance, cloud integration, and AI\-era integration * Guide LATAM teams and contribute to their continued growth and professional development * Back pipeline development and pre\-sales efforts to fuel regional business expansion * Counsel senior client stakeholders on intricate API and integration challenges * Drive complex API and integration transformation initiatives from start to finish * Develop regional talent and nurture a strong consulting and architecture community across LATAM * Influence client demand and serve as a credible voice for the practice throughout the region * Tie LATAM capability to global practice strategy to ensure alignment and meaningful impact **Requirements** * A minimum of 12 years of IT experience * At least 8 years in Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator positions * Involvement in 10\+ projects, or a proven history of bringing 3\+ products (or key product capabilities) to market * Demonstrated success leading engagements for teams of 70\+ FTEs, or smaller engagements that delivered high business impact * Strong background in API management, integration platforms, cloud architecture, modernization, partner ecosystems, and enterprise consulting * Hands\-on expertise with MuleSoft for crafting and delivering integration solutions * Real\-world experience with Apigee for API management and lifecycle governance * Working knowledge of Kong as an API gateway and management platform * Practical background using Azure API Management for building and operating enterprise APIs * Familiarity with Axway for API management and integration capabilities * Experience using Boomi for cloud\-based integration and workflow automation * Working knowledge of Kafka for event\-driven architectures and real\-time data streaming * Hands\-on experience with major cloud providers, including GCP, Azure, or AWS * English proficiency at C1 level or higher **Nice to have** * Relevant industry certifications in API management, integration platforms, or cloud architecture **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
