A team where everyone makes play happen. **This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).** Our **Quality Verification and Standards (QVS)** team is integral to our development process. They consistently deliver actionable insights that help our game teams optimize software performance and elevate gameplay. You will join us as a **Development Manager**, reporting to the **Development Director**. You will work closely with the **FC Live team**, overseeing **QA project planning and execution** with studio partners. You will collaborate with development teams and QA peers to coordinate **project schedules**, strategize tests, and manage **project metrics**. You will be an essential part of the **knowledge transfer process** and communication with the game team and partner groups.
