Position Summary: We are seeking a Draftsperson/Designer with technical vision to plan, design, and prepare detailed optical fiber network layout drawings and manage infrastructure. Document management for infrastructure permits. **Telecommunications Network Draftsperson / Designer (Project Coordinator) – Bogotá** At **Fibertec Telecomunicaciones S.A.S.**, we are looking for a **Draftsperson / Designer** with technical vision to strengthen our infrastructure network design department. If you have experience in the sector and proficiency in drafting and planning tools, we want to meet you! **Job Objective:** To plan, design, and prepare detailed optical fiber network layout drawings (aerial and ducted), as well as manage infrastructure portfolios using specialized platforms to ensure the technical accuracy of our projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and design of optical fiber network layout drawings. * Field technical monitoring and support for operational work crews. * Document management for infrastructure permits (training provided). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical, Technological, or Professional degree in Technical Drawing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of general experience in similar positions. * **Essential Technical Competencies:** * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D/3D**. * Knowledge and use of **Google Earth (KMZ files)**. * Experience with the **JOIN\-AS** platform (ENEL registration). * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. **Employment Conditions:** * **Work Location:** Bogotá. * **Work Modality:** Hybrid. * **Contract Type:** Direct employment with the company. * **Working Hours:** Full-time availability. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits, social security, and job stability.
