At Upper Technology S.A.S., we work with luxury technology and finishes for residential and commercial spaces. Therefore, we seek an ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN who stands out for professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail. What profile are we looking for? Core Values: We seek someone highly RESPONSIBLE, RELIABLE regarding schedules/deliverables, ORGANIZED in their workspace, and PROACTIVE in anticipating project needs. Experience: Minimum 1 year in electrical projects or civil works. Technical Skills: Reading of blueprints, electrical wiring, and structured network cabling. On-site Competencies: Ability to independently resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with demanding clients and coworkers. Mobility: A personal motorcycle and up-to-date documentation are mandatory (for travel to various regional project sites). What do we offer? Base Salary: $2.300.000 COP Transportation Allowance: $300.000 COP (for work-related travel) Full statutory benefits (transportation allowance + social security and parafiscal contributions).
