Champion Agile delivery processes and secure seamless delivery We are looking for a seasoned **Technical Program Manager (TPM)** to guide Automation, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering initiatives, lead a team of engineers, steer project execution, interact directly with customers, and ensure the successful delivery of both business and technical outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Steer end\-to\-end delivery of automation and engineering projects * Oversee a team of engineers to sustain high productivity, quality, and team engagement * Act as the primary customer\-facing lead for project delivery, governance, and escalations * Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, engineering leads, and business sponsors * Facilitate regular customer meetings, delivery reviews, and project governance calls * Compile and present weekly and monthly status reports, executive dashboards, project updates, and RAID logs * Manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource planning * Champion Agile delivery processes, sprint planning, backlog management, and release execution * Align efforts across Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, AI, and Platform teams to secure seamless delivery * Uncover opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency * Safeguard delivery quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction **Requirements** * 8 or more years of experience in Technical Program or Project Management * Practical background managing Cloud, DevOps, Automation, or Platform Engineering projects * Strong skills in customer communication, stakeholder management, and presentation * Experience in executive reporting, project governance, and delivery management * Expertise in risk, dependency, and financial management * Background delivering within Agile/Scrum frameworks * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps or comparable tools **Nice to have** * Familiarity with AI/GenAI, Automation, or Cloud Transformation programs * Awareness of Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes * Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Cloud Platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS * Experience overseeing globally distributed teams and customer\-facing delivery engagements **We offer** * International projects with top brands * Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers * Healthcare benefits * Employee financial programs * Paid time off and sick leave * Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses * Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000\+ courses * Global career opportunities * Volunteer and community involvement opportunities * EPAM Employee Groups * Award\-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn *EPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
