




Security consulting and advisory company requires, for its team, a TECHNICIAN OR TECHNOLOGIST IN ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OR ASSISTANCE, ACCOUNTING AND RELATED FIELDS, to perform the role of Administrative Assistant; with minimum 1 year of experience in electronic invoicing, proficiency in office tools and the Helisa accounting software package. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who is adaptable to change, proactive, provides excellent customer service, and is eager to acquire new knowledge, to carry out the following responsibilities: \-Service billing \-Recording accounting entries in the Helisa software \-Supporting management activities \-Providing prompt and excellent service to clients and external parties \-Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence \-Complying with procedures and instructions of the Integrated Management System \-Other duties as required by the position.
