Dynamic work environment in a growing sector **About Us:** Mundo RCx is a specialized workshop for drone and electronic equipment repair and maintenance, located in Bogotá. We aim to strengthen our technical team to continue delivering high-quality diagnosis and repair services. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose faults in drones and electronic equipment (motors, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries, sensors, cameras, etc.) * Perform component-level repairs, module assembly, soldering, disassembly, and re\-soldering. * Prepare clear diagnostic reports and estimates for customers * Conduct post\-repair flight/functional tests * Maintain records of spare parts used and inventory * Provide technical support and advice to customers when necessary **Requirements:** * Technician or Technologist in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience repairing electronic equipment * Prior experience repairing drones, replacing modules, and handling components is desirable * Proficiency with multimeters, soldering stations, and diagnostic tools * Basic knowledge of digital and analog electronics * Ability to work independently and attention to detail **We Offer:** * Indefinite-term, full-time employment contract * Competitive salary based on experience \+ possible productivity bonuses * Dynamic work environment in a growing sector * Continuous training on new drone technologies Workplace: On-site employment
