Tourism Sales Manager Main Responsibilities * Provide in-person, telephone, and virtual customer service and support. * Advise on and sell domestic and international tourism packages. * Accompany the customer before, during, and after purchase, ensuring a satisfying experience. * Follow up on requests, reservations, and quotations. * Identify customer needs and offer solutions aligned with their expectations. * Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the travel process. * Achieve the commercial objectives set by the company.
