Effective communication with clients and administrative bodies **Job Description** At Andi Aseo Group LTDA, we are looking for a **Supervisor of Cleaning and Maintenance** to lead operational teams, ensure proper execution of services, and guarantee compliance with the organization's established quality standards. **Requirements** * High school diploma, technical or technological degree in related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Supervisor in operational areas, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or general services companies. * Knowledge of personnel supervision, activity scheduling, and follow-up. * Technical knowledge of cleaning and facility maintenance processes. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). * Basic knowledge of Integrated Management Systems. * Competencies in leadership, teamwork, decision-making, monitoring, and control. * Must own a motorcycle and maintain up-to-date documentation. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate operational staff activities. * Conduct follow-up visits to various service locations. * Ensure compliance with quality and service standards. * Manage personnel incidents and operational reports. * Maintain effective communication with clients and administrative bodies. * Prepare management reports and summaries.
