You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, delivering timely user support, managing digital platforms, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization’s technological processes. **Required Profile** * Academic Qualifications Technical or technological degree in Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Technology (IT), or related fields. Interest in or knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness for continuous learning. * Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support and technological infrastructure. Management of educational platforms, preferably Moodle. Administration, updating, and maintenance of websites. On-site and remote technical support to users. * Desired Knowledge Windows operating systems. Networks and connectivity. Microsoft Office. Moodle. WordPress or other content management systems.
