JOB DESCRIPTION
Eosol Group seeks to hire an **Urban Architect** to participate in a major electrical infrastructure and distribution project in Bogotá. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and applying urban and territorial planning regulations to electrical infrastructure projects and associated works.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Analyze urban planning and territorial ordering regulations.
* Apply territorial planning instruments to projects.
* Review the location of infrastructures, networks, conduits, and associated works.
* Prepare and review drawings from an urbanistic perspective.
* Analyze public space requirements.
* Participate in coordination processes with municipal and district entities.
* Prepare urban technical reports and opinions.
* Review accessibility, mobility, and public space requirements.
* Analyze POT (Territorial Ordering Plans), partial plans, and urban licenses.
* Validate project integration with the surrounding environment.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Architecture.
* Professional license issued by the CPNAA.
* Specialization in Urbanism, Urban Planning, Territorial Ordering, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years of certified experience in urbanism, urban planning, or urban design applied to infrastructure.
* Experience analyzing POT, partial plans, urban licenses, public space, and territorial ordering regulations.
* Experience in technical review of infrastructure projects.
* Proficiency in Office applications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
* Knowledge of urban regulations and urban restrictions.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with territorial entities.
* Experience in urban procedures.
* Experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
* Prior experience with ENEL
