We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with 3 years of experience in the electrical construction sector who can contribute talent to project growth, strengthening the connection between technical planning and on-site execution. Must be available to travel to Eastern Antioquia. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Mission: Lead activities and manage necessary resources for the planning and execution of electrical projects or works, ensuring compliance with technical, organizational, and contractual guidelines, as well as appropriate resolution of technical issues during execution. Responsibilities: * Plan and request procurement of goods and services required for project execution, ensuring availability of materials, equipment, and labor. * Maintain updated project records and indicators, controlling partial costs according to work progress. * Submit contractual and financial project monitoring reports on time. * Ensure electrical installations comply with current building codes and safety standards. Knowledge: * AC/DC electrical circuits, protection systems, wiring, and RETIE electrical safety standards. * Residential, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. * Installation, wiring, connection, and maintenance of grid-connected or standalone systems. * Applicable legal regulations for electrical works, telecommunications, and construction. * Microsoft Office tools and AutoCAD software. Competencies: Assertive communication, technical problem-solving, and results orientation. Salary: $4,850,000 + meal and lodging allowances if travel is required + statutory benefits. Contract type: Permanent. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
