Position Summary: We are seeking a Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support in public and private contracting and human resources, identifying and mitigating legal risks. LEGAL ADVISOR At INGEAL S.A., a company operating in the technology and critical infrastructure sectors, we are seeking a Legal Advisor reporting to Management to provide comprehensive legal support to the company’s various departments, with emphasis on public and private contracting and human resources. Main Responsibilities: · Provide legal advisory services to company departments, particularly in public, private, and human resources contracting; · Draft, review, and issue observations on contracts signed by the company, both in the public and private sectors. · Support HR, Commercial, Logistics, and Services departments in managing and executing various contracts entered into or to be executed, as well as in requesting and obtaining required insurance policies and guarantees, and other contractual documents. · Prepare legal opinions and reports supporting corporate decision-making. · Support the drafting and amendment of Work Regulations, Labor Coexistence Committees’ Regulations, COPASS, and company policies, as well as other documents required for regulatory compliance. · Identify legal risks in contractual and labor processes, proposing viable legal alternatives for their mitigation. · Support legal matters related to maintaining or achieving certifications under ISO 9001, 14000, 45000, and 27001 (Information Security), among others. · Knowledge of data protection regulations, confidentiality, consumer rights, and intellectual property law. · Address general legal requirements of the company (petitions, constitutional actions, legal communications, documentary support). Requirements: · Lawyer holding a professional license. · Minimum three (3) years of experience as a lawyer in public and/or private sector companies, performing advisory functions in public and private contracting and human resources. · Ability to research jurisprudence from high courts or doctrine from national or international bodies related to public and private contracting, labor law, data protection, intellectual property, and consumer rights, among others. · Experience in drafting and analyzing commercial, civil, and labor contracts, handling tenders, and managing insurance policies. · Strong writing, negotiation, and effective, assertive communication skills. · Interest in learning, sound legal judgment, and results orientation. Working Conditions: · Fixed-term employment contract. · Full-time, on-site work schedule. Working Hours: · Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. · Friday: until 4:30 p.m. Salary: To be agreed upon, based on experience and qualifications.
