Call Dispatcher – Bogotá Microhome is looking for an experienced Call Dispatcher with operational coordination expertise and knowledge of printing outsourcing to support service management and technician scheduling. Main Responsibilities • Receive, manage, and assign services based on priority, geographic area, and operational availability. • Coordinate and schedule technician routes, ensuring adherence to response time requirements. • Track services related to printing outsourcing, including equipment handling, supplies, reporting, and incident management. • Accurately record service updates, timelines, and supporting documentation in the system. • Provide clear and timely information to internal and external customers. • Support resolution of operational issues and ensure proper closure of each service. Required Profile • Technical or technological degree. • Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as dispatcher, operational coordinator, technical call center agent, or logistics assistant. • Essential knowledge of printing outsourcing. • Proficiency in office software tools. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and communicate assertively.
