Cost Analyst - (Experience in Technology)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost Analyst for a Technology company, with experience in managing proposals, quotations, tenders, and tracking sales and procurement processes, interacting with all departments. Interaction with various departments within the organization and with clients We are looking for a COST ANALYST with proven experience in Technology companies. Knowledge of NABUCO, Intermediate Excel, and the full Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities: Generate proposals in Nabuco; request pricing from suppliers; support the commercial team in the financial closure of proposals. Generate and send sales quotations with prices established by the immediate supervisor, and follow up on them. Support all activities related to proposals and tenders. Support procurement activities generated with clients, including preparing procurement packages and coordinating across various internal departments. Interact with all departments within the organization; must demonstrate excellent communication skills, writing ability, spelling proficiency, and agility using the Microsoft 365 platform in general, including email categorization, category management, chat box usage, Copilot queries, etc. Track customer deliveries and accounts receivable. Monitor expiration dates for license renewals, Carepacks, and other time-sensitive activities; track purchase orders, requests, and invoicing via the Nabuco tool. Perform necessary documentation activities for sales and procurement processes. Size and manage tendering processes and associated legal documentation. A dynamic individual capable of working under pressure, with knowledge of the technology sector. Serve as a communication channel with customers regarding products, services, contracts, billing, purchase orders, and modifications; warranties and after-sales support.
