Position Summary: We are seeking Cybersecurity Analysts with experience in IT/OT environments to monitor and analyze events, escalate incidents, and contribute to the protection of critical infrastructure. We are looking for talent to join our team. We seek Cybersecurity Analysts with at least two years of experience focused on IT/OT environments, participating in the operation and monitoring of security services for technological and industrial infrastructures. You will be responsible for performing monitoring, analysis, and escalation activities for cybersecurity events and incidents in both IT and OT/ICS environments, contributing to operational continuity, protection of critical infrastructure, and compliance with established service-level agreements. Monitor security events and alerts on SIEM, EDR, NDR, and other security monitoring tools. Analyze, classify, and escalate cybersecurity incidents in production IT and OT environments. Perform event correlation and validation of Indicators of Compromise (IoC). Support incident response processes and SOC operational management. Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders for incident handling and resolution. Document incidents, findings, and operational activities clearly and accurately. Participate in simulations, critical activities, and coordinated cybersecurity exercises. Apply security best practices and controls aligned with internal standards and procedures. Key Requirements: Education: Technologist or professional degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Security, or related fields recognized by the State, with a valid professional license. Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in SOC operations, event management, or cybersecurity incident response. Experience in analyzing, classifying, and escalating security alerts. Desirable experience in OT/ICS or industrial environments, participating in monitoring, support, industrial automation, or cybersecurity applied to industrial systems. Certifications: Must hold at least two (2) valid certifications, such as: Fortinet NSE CompTIA Security+ Blue Team Level 1 CEH SC-200 Desirable: Training or certification in ISA/IEC 62443 or industrial cybersecurity. Work Modality: On-site work in Barranquilla Rotating shifts within the 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. window Availability for critical activities and incident response simulations.
