




Job Summary: We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support administrative recruitment and selection tasks, developing skills and assuming responsibilities within the team. Your Primary Mission Will Be: Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks in recruitment and selection processes to meet objectives and streamline procedures. Learn and develop the necessary skills to progressively engage more deeply in the process and assume increasing responsibilities within the team. Key Functional Responsibilities: · Support scheduling interviews for the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and all individuals involved in the recruitment process. · Send invitations to assessment centers or business case documents to candidates. · Conduct employment reference checks for finalist candidates. · Update action statuses in the team’s shared notebook. · Provide support with the initial screening of candidates for required processes. · Create candidate profiles in Workday per the Talent Acquisition team’s request. · Support training activities and content dissemination for the department (e.g., preparing presentations, participating in workshops, uploading content to Yammer, etc.). · Participate in job fairs, both virtual and in-person. · Observe end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes to learn them and eventually support recruitment and selection for regional positions at levels 1 through 3. · Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide optimal responses to their inquiries. · Execute a project delivering value to the team as the capstone deliverable of your internship. · Keep up-to-date with the attendance record required by your university. · Support scheduling of special projects upon request from your immediate supervisor. · Any other duties related to this position. Requirements for the Position: Academic Background: Final-year student in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum Experience: Not required. Familiarity with recruitment processes is desirable. Interest in Human Resources is required. Technical Knowledge: Microsoft Office. Familiarity with interviews and psychometric tests applicable in the workplace is desirable. Language: Intermediate English (B2) is desirable. What We Offer? SENA Apprenticeship Contract.
