Your role will be critical to decision-making, while also providing a hands-on learning opportunity in data handling within the marketing department. Your primary mission will be: Support the collection, analysis, and visualization of data to facilitate commercial area decision-making. Develop reports and dashboards that enable identification of business trends and opportunities. Generate reports from various sources, including: number of interactions, conversation durations, customer satisfaction surveys, resolution times, wait times, among others. Update existing reports for different customer service channels. Prepare special reports depending on the brand. Conduct analyses on operational behavior, proposing process improvements. Requirements for the Role: Technical or technological student in Information Systems Analysis and Development, Software Analysis and Development, Information Management, Data and Information Analysis, or Database Management, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Power BI. Advanced Excel skills. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Remote modality. (Availability to visit offices at specific times).
