We are searching for a Junior Cybersecurity Leader with at least 2 years of experience in IT service management, delivery, and client relationship management within cybersecurity environments. Ability to coordinate and manage cybersecurity services, facilitate communication between technical teams and clients, lead escalation processes, and ensure compliance with service level agreements—with an emphasis on continuous improvement and customer experience. Education and Experience: Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service management and/or delivery, with direct client interaction. Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL (management-oriented approach) and project management / PMO. Desired experience in financial control and coordination of the change management process (RFC). Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity in SOC environments (non-technical). ITIL 4 Foundation certification (highly desirable) and certifications in agile methodologies. Knowledge or training in ISO 27001 (evidence management, processes, and compliance) and ISO 9001 (quality management).
