Job Purpose Lead the execution of awarded projects and contracts, ensuring technical, administrative, and logistical compliance from legalization through final delivery to the client. Main Responsibilities Analyze technical specifications and contract requirements. Plan and coordinate project execution. Manage procurement, quotations, and purchase orders to suppliers (ERP). Track deliveries, logistics, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate with warehouse for product receipt and dispatch. Ensure correct delivery to the client and associated documentation. Manage invoicing, pre-invoicing, and payment tracking. Administer contractual documentation, insurance policies, and platforms such as SECOP II. Prepare project monitoring and closure reports.
