We seek proactive, service-oriented individuals with immediate availability for on-site service delivery. Employment Modality Service Provision (Day Labor). Payment per service rendered. Coverage across the entire Valle del Cauca department. Immediate hiring. Required Profile Technical, technological, or professional degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical support. Knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, basic networking, and office tools. Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support to end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. Configure printers, scanners, and peripheral devices. Install and configure operating systems and applications. Manage technological incidents and requests. Perform backups and data transfers when required. Document performed activities and generate service reports. Candidates must possess: 64 GB USB memory stick. 128 GB USB memory stick. External hard drive larger than 128 GB. Personal computer for activity management and reporting. Internet access and email account. Payment per service executed. Workplace flexibility.
