We are looking for talent to join the Indra Group team. We are searching for a Service Desk Agent ready to join our mission, with at least 1 year of proven experience in telephone or remote technical support. We seek individuals who share our values: Leadership Flexibility Reliability Focus Responsibilities: Receive calls and manage tickets via the customer self-service portal. Handle incidents and requests according to case type, ensuring timely responses. Analyze and identify failures, proposing appropriate solutions for users. Document thoroughly the causes and resolutions of all handled cases. Meet the service indicators established by the client. Deliver an exceptional service experience to end users. Apply ITIL v3+ or agile methodologies knowledge in daily operations. Requirements: Technical or technological education in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in telephone or remote user support. Knowledge of: Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and ITIL v3+ or similar methodologies. Desirable experience in VIP user support. Operational Conditions: Work modality: On-site with home office on weekends. Office working hours with accessibility. Rotating rest days: Saturday or Sunday, as scheduled.
