Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and plotters, including technical cleaning, fault repair, configuration and calibration, and network management. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. 2. Printer configuration and calibration. 3. Network printer management. Preventive Maintenance: Technical cleaning of print heads, pickup rollers, belts, transfer units, shaft lubrication, and firmware updates to ensure performance. Corrective Maintenance: Paper jam repairs, belt replacement, motor replacement, power supply replacement, ink system repairs (ink and print heads), and electronic sensor repairs. Configuration and Calibration: Print calibration adjustment, two-dimensional calibration, feed adjustments, and color management (CMYK). Network Management: Network printer configuration, SMB/FTP protocols for scanning to shared folders, and print queue management.
