We seek a leader with experience in portfolio and accounts receivable within the fast-moving consumer goods sector, strong customer orientation, and the ability to manage teams, results, and strategic relationships. Position Purpose Ensure comprehensive, strategic, and operational management of a highly complex corporate account, guaranteeing achievement of financial and operational KPIs, service stability, customer satisfaction, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Account Management and Client Relationship Lead the account comprehensively as the executive and operational relationship owner. Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients. Lead operational, tactical, and strategic committees. Manage escalations, risks, and action plans. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and account growth. Portfolio and Financial Performance Management Oversee and control portfolio management, ensuring adherence to metrics such as DSO, Aging, Recovery, and Collections. Lead financial negotiations and reconciliation meetings. Analyze financial deviations and impacts to support decision-making. Ensure achievement of the account’s operational and financial targets. Analytics and Information Management Monitor operational and financial KPIs using analytical tools. Develop executive reports and generate data-driven recommendations. Ensure information integrity, reliability, and traceability. Team Leadership Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on achieving results. Develop team capabilities, performance, and productivity. Promote a culture of excellence, service, and continuous improvement. Required Profile Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. A postgraduate specialization in Operations, Finance, or related areas is desirable. Preference for Industrial Engineering background. Experience Minimum 5 years leading portfolio, accounts receivable, or collections processes. Proven experience in companies within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Experience managing corporate clients and stakeholders. Experience leading teams and being accountable for performance indicators. Core Competencies Understanding of operations with a focus on service excellence. Ability to be accountable for team results. Skill in interacting with multiple stakeholders.
