We are looking for an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analyst with a preventive focus, strong execution capability, and close proximity to operations, who can help translate our safety strategy into daily action. This is a maternity leave replacement position—ideal if you are seeking a challenge in a dynamic environment where you can make an impact from day one. What will you do at Dropi? You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH-MS) within our logistics operation. You will support the identification, assessment, and control of risks across various operational processes. You will conduct safety inspections and follow up on findings and action plans. You will assist in managing incidents, work-related accidents, and occupational illnesses. You will support incident investigations and report preparation. You will manage and keep the OSH-MS documentation updated. You will participate in trainings, campaigns, and promotion and prevention activities. You will track KPIs and support continuous improvement of the system. You will work hand-in-hand with operational teams to strengthen field safety culture. Your superpowers: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health or similar roles. OSH-related education or related disciplines. Knowledge of current Colombian OSH legal regulations. Proficiency in office tools (especially Google Sheets from the Google Suite). Desirable: Experience in operational, logistics, or high-traffic environments. Your key competencies: Strong execution and follow-up capability.
