Strong willingness to learn and work in a team Position Objective Provide operational and administrative support in document management and archiving processes, ensuring order, confidentiality, and proper organization of information. Duties and Responsibilities Support physical and digital archiving processes for administrative documentation. Classify, organize, and verify resumes and documents of former employees. Digitize documents (scanning, file naming, and uploading to internal platforms). Verify that digitized information is complete and legible. Support the control and updating of documentary databases. Comply with confidentiality and data protection guidelines. Support other administrative activities assigned by the department. Position Requirements Currently enrolled SENA student. Institutional endorsement from the educational institution to sign an apprenticeship contract. Basic proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email). Basic knowledge of archiving and document management (desirable). Competencies Organization and attention to detail. Responsible handling of confidential information. Orientation toward order and process compliance. Ability to work methodically. Strong willingness to learn. Teamwork and responsibility.
