Leadership in awareness-raising and training of judicial officers We are currently seeking an Articulation Professional to conduct field activities in Norte de Santander: Cúcuta, Villa del Rosario, Los Patios, Bochalema, Ragonvalia, Pamplona, Arboledas, Mutiscua, Cácuta, Tibú, Chitagá, Silos, Cucutilla, Ocaña Required Profile: - Systems Engineer, or professional in social sciences, public administration, business administration, social communication, marketing, law, or engineering (industrial, electronic, administrative, or related fields). - Experience in territorial work, training, or project implementation. - Postgraduate degree in project management, public management, systems engineering, digital transformation, technological innovation, technology management, or related areas. - Minimum (2) years of experience in field or territorial work, interaction with communities or institutional stakeholders, collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative information, preparation of technical reports, and coordination of activities in government-related projects. - Minimum (4) years of professional experience. - 100% availability during the territorial intervention period (3 months).
