We are looking for a Commercial Advisor for the Antioquia region with outstanding commercial attitude, passion for sales, and a results-oriented mindset. This position is critical to strengthening the network’s commercial management, expanding the presence of our products, and ensuring achievement of established objectives. Required Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial or external sales roles, preferably within distribution channels, telecommunications, financial services, or mass consumer goods. Proactive and resourceful individual with strong persuasive skills and a 100% commercial focus, oriented toward achieving results. Must be available for travel and possess knowledge of the northern and western sectors of the city, enabling identification of opportunities, strengthening of commercial relationships, and enhancement of business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. Ability to work toward objectives and under performance indicators. Employment Conditions Base salary: $2,210,000 + bonus and mobility allowance $260,000 + all presentations Payment scheme based on target achievement 90%–99%: 40% of base salary 100%–109%: 60% of base salary 110%–120%: 80% of base salary 121% or more: 100% of base salary Contract type: Indefinite-term contract.
