Deepening Commercial Advisor (TAT) – Transactional Network We are seeking a Deepening Commercial Advisor (TAT) with fieldwork experience, goal-oriented mindset, and strong relationship-building capabilities to drive usage, productivity, and transactional growth across our correspondent network. This position is not traditional sales. It focuses on management, field support, and performance outcomes at active points. Job Objective Strengthen coverage and deepen adoption of the transactional platform at assigned locations, ensuring customer loyalty, continuous activation, and sustainable transaction growth within the territory. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular visits to assigned TAT channel points to increase usage and productivity of the transactional platform. Achieve company-defined targets for deepening, coverage, and transactional growth. Implement support strategies that strengthen relationships with correspondents and improve their monthly performance. Provide operational support and basic training on correct platform usage. Identify improvement opportunities, new growth areas, and potential partners within the territory. Monitor management indicators and report results. Required Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in the TAT channel, field management, commercial support, or channel strengthening. Desirable experience or knowledge in: Transactional networks such as PuntoRed, Refácil, PTM. Financial services, telecommunications, or digital platforms. Personal vehicle (mandatory). Dynamic, persuasive, committed, and results-oriented individual. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. High discipline for fully field-based work. This role requires constant presence in the territory. Administrative or office-based profiles do not apply.
