Profile Requirements Academic Qualification: Technical or technological degree (any field). Experience: Minimum 6 months working in commercial departments. Essential Knowledge: WhatsApp usage for commercial customer service Management of telephone calls CRM system usage Preparation of quotations Support in invoicing processes Main Responsibilities Handle communications via WhatsApp and phone calls. Register and manage commercial information in the CRM. Prepare quotations according to team requirements. Support invoicing processes. Conduct customer follow-up and assist with administrative tasks within the commercial department.
