Currently, we are seeking personnel for our in-person customer service area. · Requirements: Technical and/or technological degree in administrative or related fields, with customer service experience, proficiency in office software, verbal fluency, and excellent personal presentation. Up-to-date supporting documents for the resume: (academic certificates, work certificates, disciplinary records, judicial records). · Our Offer: We seek a candidate with strong customer service skills (respect, empathy, courtesy, assertive communication, and active listening). Must have a personal vehicle. Direct employment contract with the company. Job stability · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. and from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays occasionally, if operational needs require.
