Work in dynamic technology environments Position Objective Define, design, and implement required automations and associated DevOps practices within the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and speed across development and deployment cycles. Required Profile Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. DevOps certification is desirable. Technical Knowledge: DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, continuous integration and deployment). Automation and testing tools such as: Selenium, Serenity, Cucumber. Containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm. DevOps tools: Jenkins, SonarQube, Azure DevOps. Infrastructure and pipeline management. Security in automation (DevSecOps). Project planning and management. Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in automation architecture or similar roles. Languages: Basic English (desirable). Key Responsibilities Propose and implement automations enabling faster and more frequent deliveries. Reduce errors and improve recovery time from failures. Design and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Administer and configure DevOps tools. Implement automation in testing, deployments, and application lifecycle. Manage infrastructure associated with DevOps environments. Monitor and optimize deployment processes. Implement observability practices in applications. Integrate security into automation processes (DevSecOps). Lead technical initiatives and, as needed, assume leadership roles in projects. Responsibilities Ensure confidentiality of information. Meet departmental and assigned project objectives. Ensure project quality, timelines, and scope. Manage risks and budget where applicable. Lead work teams and report progress to management.
