We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Caller who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and motivated by performance.What You’ll Do You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our sales team by making a high volume of outbound calls and managing outreach workflows.Daily Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. Introduce Sueep’s services professionally and confidently Complete lead prequalification calls Identify decision-makers and gather key company information Schedule meetings for our sales team Update and manage lead records inside HubSpot Use a power dialer to maximize outreach efficiency Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations Track outcomes and maintain accurate notes Follow up consistently with prospects Help improve outreach scripts and qualification processes What We’re Looking ForRequired: Strong spoken English (professional conversation level) Excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using CRM software and technology Resilient and persistent (comfortable hearing “no” often) Self-motivated and results-driven Reliable internet/computer setup (if remote) Preferred: Experience with: Outbound calling Cold calling Appointment setting B2B lead generation HubSpot Power dialers / call center systems U.S. business communication What Success Looks Like You will succeed in this role if you: Consistently hit daily call targets Generate qualified business opportunities Maintain clean CRM records Improve conversion rates over time Bring energy, discipline, and consistency every day Compensation & Growth We reward performance.
