At Siigo, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Jr. to join our team and take innovation to the next level. If you’re passionate about challenges, this is where you can make a difference. · Your responsibilities: Create, monitor, and update dashboards for the supported team (training or excellence). Maintain detailed operational control of the supported team (training or excellence), including notes, attendance, dates, resignations, terminations; sizing, reducers, formsite, absences. Cross-reference information with other departments. Support operational planning for the team. Manage databases and reports. Act as the knowledge repository for the area: manuals, schedules, minute-by-minute logs, workspace. · What we require from you: You hold a university degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration—or related fields. You have at least 1 year of experience in data analytics or Business Intelligence, using data analytics tools (analysis and visualization) for large volumes of data.
