In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of information to our customers, and for the physical handling and organization of documents within our archival processes. In this role, you will: Lead the delivery and collection of documentary assets, ensuring document security and integrity, and providing clear and accurate information to customers per established procedures. Handle and organize documents, boxes, and other items within archival processes, performing activities such as loans, returns, preparation, and re-filing. Ensure compliance with road safety and corporate policies, immediately reporting any incidents or anomalies occurring during routes and ensuring proper use and care of assigned assets and equipment. · Ideal candidate qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a driver, demonstrating responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to road safety. Valid C1 driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Solid knowledge of documentary information handling and movement, and correct use of document management applications.
