The ideal candidate must have proven experience in implementing and monitoring safety protocols on construction sites. Work will be carried out in the Bogotá savanna. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with availability to work additional hours during peak project periods. Contract: 42 hours per week; overtime hours are paid for additional time worked. Responsibilities: 1. Field supervision: Ensure compliance with safety regulations at the worksite. 2. Daily safety talks: Lead daily informational sessions on safety and health. 3. Distribution of workwear and PPE: Ensure proper distribution and use of personal protective equipment. 4. Control of work-at-height activities: Supervise and control work-at-height activities in accordance with current regulations. 5. Certification as height-work coordinator: Candidate must hold certification as a height-work coordinator. 6. Compliance with site safety regulations: Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations on site. 7.
