Assess and manage financial risks through data analysis. **Job Description:** Develop and apply advanced analytical models to transform complex data into valuable insights, driving strategic decision-making and improving operational efficiency within the company. **Requirements:** * Degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. * Graduate degree in Risk Management, Administration, Economics, Project Management, Finance, Auditing, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial risk management and administration. **Knowledge** of Basic Accounting and Financial Regulations, and regulations issued by the Securities Market Self-Regulatory Organization (AMV). Updates on Risk Management. **Responsibilities:** * Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market behavior and financial risks. * Implement algorithms and analytical solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Assess and manage financial risks through analysis of historical data and simulation of future scenarios. * Create clear and effective visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team. * Build and optimize mathematical and statistical models for data analysis. * Ensure analyses and models comply with current financial regulations and standards. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and strategic recommendations. * Support tasks assigned by the Risk Management Department. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes under your responsibility. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the position’s objectives and are performed at the designated workplace. **Work Mode: 100% On-site** **City: Medellín** Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site Employment
