A precision metal manufacturing company requires an experienced Plant Director capable of leading productive processes and work teams, with a results-oriented, productivity-focused, and operationally disciplined approach. Job Objective: Ensure achievement of production targets, efficient use of machinery and resources, high staff performance, and quality in the manufacturing of precision and high-quality components. Main Responsibilities: • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives. • Supervise and improve machine, tool, and process efficiency. • Lead operational staff to maximize productivity. • Ensure quality standards for every manufactured part. • Control delivery timelines, waste, and rework. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. • Report production and performance metrics. Requirements: • Experience leading production plants or manufacturing workshops. • Preferred experience in metallurgy, metalworking, or precision manufacturing. • Experience managing operational staff. • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
