Collaboration aligned with Marketing and Sales At WeiBook — the software digitizing the beauty industry across Latin America — we are looking for a Commercial Closer Executive with hands-on experience closing deals, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to convert demonstrations into recurring revenue. Role Mission: Convert qualified opportunities into active customers, ensuring effective, rapid, and value-aligned closings that reflect WeiBook’s real impact on beauty businesses. Main Responsibilities: - Close qualified opportunities (SQLs): Take leads with genuine buying intent and drive them to closure. - Deliver decision-focused commercial demonstrations: Present WeiBook emphasizing: - Real business problems - Return on investment - Handle objections and negotiation - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets with disciplined pipeline management and follow-up. - Maintain 100% CRM accuracy: Stages, notes, reasons for closure or loss. - Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales: Provide continuous feedback on lead quality, messaging, and friction points. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of sales closing experience - Experience specifically as a closer (not just an SDR). - Strong negotiation skills and objection-handling capability. - Full orientation toward metrics and results. - Clear, direct, and persuasive communication. - CRM experience (Kommo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
