We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with specialization and experience in solar panels to support the planning, leadership, and supervision of electrical and energy projects, guaranteeing quality, safety, and compliance with technical regulations during construction. Requirements: Professional in Electrical Engineering specialized in solar panels. Minimum 4 years of experience in solar panel projects. Installation and commissioning of electrical plants. Design and execution of medium- and low-voltage electrical projects. Renewable energy (photovoltaic or grid-connected solutions). Leadership and coordination of technical projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical engineering software. Knowledge of RETIE, RETILAP, and NTC regulations. Skills in planning, organization, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the execution of electrical projects according to drawings and technical specifications. Supervise the installation of electrical plants and photovoltaic systems. Prepare progress reports and final project documentation. Plan technical, material, and human resources. Conduct field visits for technical surveying and verification. Ensure compliance with company-established SST (Safety, Health, and Environment) and quality standards. We Offer: Salary: To be agreed upon + transportation allowance + statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or service contract.
