Electrical Engineer - Projects and Regulatory Management An electric power sector company seeks an Electrical Engineer with outstanding technical and managerial skills—not only proficient in design but also serving as the driving force behind project legalization and on-site execution. Compensation and Growth • Base Salary: $2,700,000 + Statutory benefits. • Salary Evolution: Performance review starting from month 6. • Career Plan: Additional economic and professional growth opportunities based on the volume and success of managed projects. Job Conditions • Work Mode: On-site. • Working Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. • Mobility: Willingness to travel when required by projects and perform direct technical supervision in the field. • Work Location: Fontibón, Bogotá, near El Dorado Airport. Your Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced Design: Single-line diagrams, calculation reports, modeling and simulation of photovoltaic systems using PV*SOL, PVsyst, or similar tools. 2. End-to-End Regulatory Management: Lead grid interconnection and project legalization with Grid Operators (CREG 174) and local authorities. 3. Tax Incentives: Comprehensive management before UPME to obtain incentives under Law 1715 (e.g., VAT exemption, income tax exemption). 4. On-Site Supervision: Ensure field execution strictly complies with designs, RETIE, and NTC 2050.
