Generation of key information for decision-making Vacancy: Executive Support Professional Area: Projects / Strategic Management Level: Professional Job Description We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to provide strategic, administrative, and analytical support to the company’s Management and Directorates, ensuring proper project monitoring, interdepartmental coordination, and generation of key information for decision-making, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Profile Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Required Experience Professional experience: Minimum forty-eight (48) months of professional experience, counted from the date of completion of coursework, to be verified via official certification. If the date of completion of coursework cannot be demonstrated, professional experience will be calculated from the date of the Graduation Certificate in the required field. Specific experience: Minimum twenty-four (24) months of specific experience performing duties as Project Director, Coordinator, Advisor, and/or Administrator. Specific Knowledge Advanced Excel proficiency Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools Management indicator (KPI) expertise Preparation of reports, executive summaries, and presentations Monitoring of action plans and schedules Main Responsibilities Monitor strategic projects defined by Management and Directorates. Prepare reports, management indicators, and analyses for decision-making. Analyze operational, financial, and commercial information to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate information flow among different organizational departments. Support the execution and monitoring of strategic and organizational improvement initiatives. Develop executive presentations for committees, management meetings, and board meetings. Track action plans, commitments, and organizational goals. Consolidate and validate information originating from various departments. Propose improvements to administrative, operational, and management processes. Ensure confidentiality and appropriate handling of strategic information.
