We are seeking our next Expansion Sales Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead and motivate the Expansion CS team, promoting their development and ensuring performance. - Develop and share best practices with team members, consistently pursuing fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness in our processes. - Achieve our KPIs, including: Logos, MRR, CVR, SLA. - Develop and maintain a motivated team by providing direction, training, and feedback. - Master and ensure compliance with internal processes through constant monitoring of our KPIs. - Drive and seek process improvements through data analysis. - Develop strategies for departmental growth to generate insights and build new strategies.
